I just called these guys as they are posting brand new 2015 Joyner Troopers that are ready to go per their ad on [redacted]. I called to see what colors are available and the sales manager said all the colors but they are in a crate. I asked why they show them as ready units. He then stated if I wanted one they need a $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO PREP ONE? I Then asked him what happens if I do not like the fit after they assemble it and he stated we will lose our $1,000.00. What kind of dealer sells out of boxes? They seems like the low quality [redacted] process. I called another dealer that sells a different brand which actually turned out to be a better product for the same money. When I called them they told me what was available that was ready for today. They also had finance sources as I did not have $12,000.00 cash sitting in my packet like the Joyner dealer stated I would need. I would advise to stay away from this Joyner product because I can only guess what would happen when it comes to warranty repair.

We truly regret of Mr. [redacted]'s unfortunate situation and experience with our company. When Mr.[redacted] first contacted us regarding repairs of his then newly purchased pre-owned Renegade R4 asking us for the closet repair shop to him we did suggest [redacted]. From then on the mechanic at...

[redacted] has been responsible for diagnosis and ordering parts for Mr. [redacted]. We gladly answered questions both Mr. [redacted] and his mechanic have to help with the diagnostic process. Because the vehicle is not in our possession there really is not much that we are able to do on our part other than supply the parts Mr. [redacted]'s mechanic feels will fix the issues. If Mr. [redacted] feels that the wiring harness sent was faulty/defective he is welcomed to return it for an exchange orfor a refund, even after the warranty period. We sympathize with Mr. [redacted]'s unfortunate situation and have done everything in our ability to help him.

These guys place a lot of ads on craigslist and do not have anything available in the low class warehouse space they are in. After speaking with them I would never buy any Joyner product ever. Joyner used to be okay in 2005-2008 when it was an American owned company but now you could not give me one after speaking with the guys who run the company now! BUY AMERICAN AND STAY AWAY FROM JOYNER USA!
