Our vacation was ruined by the lack of care and goods promised when we rented this vacation home. very little of what is advertised is actually true. We were afraid to use the upper deck based on what poor repairs were done and what major repairs were needed. The only good thing is the county has finally RED TAGGED this property. The contract leaves enough room for them to get out of actually supplying or maintaining this vacation rental. Its very sad as the location is great. I was offered a small refund and then they never sent it. They offer handicap access which is false and when we notified them they claimed the person was oversized and had an oversized chair. Both are false and they should be ashamed of themselves lying about a purple heart veteran.
