I went to Joys Furniture and bought the Darcy navy blue sofa and over stuffed chair by Ashley. I absolutely love it! I will always recommend Joys. Customer service is phenomenal. The whole building is like walking into heaven so beautiful. Every room is decorated so different but gorgeous! 5 Stars the whole way! You have my vote!

already repaired their Sectional themselves. Due to the nature of the repair, liability reasons, and the uncertainty of the time it would take to repair the piece, Joy's Furniture Gallery wanted to do the repair in our own repair area that is located in our own Warehouse. We could not come to an agreement to pick up the piece and deliver it back to them in a short and timely fashion. Although I was surprised to hear they repaired the piece themselves, I am please that no other work was needed to correct the problem, which can happen.  We appreciate their business very much, and notified her that we are sending a Gift Certificate to use at our Store at any time in the future.  She accepted our resolution on 6/11/16, and we look forward to seeing them back in our store in the future. Sincerely, Joy's Furniture Gallery/Ashley Home Store3512 Lockwood DriveLakeside, AZ 85929
