I am unsure of what a cutter is, but will assume she is referring to the gutters? First of all, this “complaint” is by itself contradictory whereas the last line of this “complaint” states in her own words that “never has a problem until your people came in the pouring rain to cleaning them out” but...

then states the reason she contacted us was because initially there was a problem prior to our arrival.  Secondly, after the work was done on 8/15/17, the customer contacted our office on 8/18/17 to state that the front gutter was overflowing.  We sent a crew back out to check out her concerns and they stated there was a problem with the front gutter.  The customer was not very happy to hear the news and hung-up on me mid-sentence.  Third, we offered on 3 separate occasions to have someone meet with her and/or take photos so she can see what the issue(s) is but she refused.  Unfortunately, you cannot satisfy customers who are unwilling to work with others and this is a case of that.

This was already resolved with the customer.  He filed the complaint first and then decided to contact us after.

Customer engaged us to perform gutter cleaning and we never told them they would receive a call prior.  The work was done as requested.  We would be happy to provide proof, but customer never asked for any supporting documents.  We did have his permission to charge his credit card,...

and the way we obtained that information is he provided it to us upon scheduling the work.
