My salesman went out of his way to do everything possible for these people. He said he would take care of the engine light code at the time of sale which came back as a o2 senor which paid to...
have both replaced. Then the customer over a three month period said the engine light came on again. We sent the vehicle over to [redacted] and again the problem was fixed. We understand that concern of our customers but we can't keep spending money on different problems. We will send you copies of all ????? spent on this vehicle. Again I believe we went above and beyond to help this customer.
