Review: I hired [redacted] (JP AND SON, INC GC / [redacted] Professional Contracting) to remove my old carpeting and to install new hardwood floors. The agreement dated 07/24/2013 details the work and company guarnatee. The flooring was installed with minor gaps, wood is coming apart/splintering, threshold is not straight, shoe molding is incomplete. I have tried to contact **. [redacted] mulitple times but cannot reach him or his business. I have flooring installed that I paid for that is substandard.Desired Settlement: All pending issues would be fixed:
No gaps in wood flooring
No crooked cuts
No Splintering
Splintering wood to be replaced
threshold to be replaced and made straight
shoe molding to be complete without any gaps
