Yes we want an apology letter. But the company is still contacting people saying they owe money. A couple of months ago they contacted my son and tried the same scam on him. He never had a home phone with any company. Scams of this kind, with the force and wording they use of having arrest warrants issued etc. Needs to be shut down completely.

Original complaint was filed in April 2015. It is now 3 November and still have not received a refund check as they stated to Revdex.com. JP & Associates, LLC needs to refund $100.00. Put a stop to all other charges related to this issue.
