Review: I brought my car here to have upper and lower front control arms installed, I provided parts. Vehicle was also to have wheel alignment performed and all systems affected from install of control arms to be as they were prior to install. Agreed estimate was $425.00. Upon completion of work August [redacted], price was changed to $758.53. Upon inspection of work performed it was discovered that upper control arm bolts were not tightened and one bolt required replacement. Vehicle was also out of alignment. AC system also no longer functioned and now had developed leak where lines to compressor had to be removed to install passenger side upper control arm. Brought vehicle back to JP Autoworld to have the alignment corrected on Monday August [redacted]. Did not receive vehicle back til August [redacted]. After driving and inspection, vehicle wheel alignment was once again improper.Desired Settlement: Full refund as work performed was below standard and left vehicle unsafe. Owner was also very hostile and unwilling to provide solution.

Response:
A response for complaint case #9690549
Customer called for an estimate to replace front upper and lower control arm on his vehicle which he would supply all parts, customer was quoted $425. After customer came in with car we found out that the car had an aftermarket exhaust system on it with aftermarket headers, and the
headers have to be moved out of the way in order to remove and install the front lower control arms, which would result in more labor involved. At that point the customer was notified and was told about the price increase and was still ok with us doing the job..Upon installing the front lower control arm bushing we found that they were wrong and called
the customer and explained to him and he had to get the correct bushing. After the job was complete customer came in picked up the car and paid the bill. Customer came back to check alignment and we noticed that the customer was making adjustments to vehicle and now alignment was off,
realigned car and everything fine.
