We spoke with the customer on February 4 and explained to him that our techs had spent 2.5 hours tracing TV cabling prior to performing cabling work we had quoted him on. for our time, we cancelled our invoice and notified him by email of the credit on February 4. We thought this resolved the issue of the complaint.
