We spoke with the customer on February and explained to him that our techs had spent hours tracing TV cabling prior to performing cabling work we had quoted him onHe decided to cancel the work we'd quoted him on and refused to pay for our time spentAlthough we felt entitled to compensation for our time, we cancelled our invoice and notified him by email of the credit on February We thought this resolved the issue of the complaint
