Review: Jp Caroll installed new roof for my entire house last year in September 2014 (<1 year),

In Winter Water started pouring into the house , I called [redacted] and complained about it , he sent a crew to push the ice from roof (cost me $300) ..but that did not fix my problem , again I called [redacted] ,he balmed it on worst weather season & must be Ice dam formation (at that point I believed his expert advice) .Today July 21 (middle of summer) it rained and Water is pouring into my house same spot as in winter ..I am totally frustrated at this , in my 10 years of living in this house I never seen water coming into the house ....please fix this issue ASAP..

Mr. [redacted],My company JP Carroll has made several trips out to your home to determine the cause of your issues, at we have found that the leak is due to a problem with your siding where the siding meets your gutters. We have re-nailed, and sealed this area, free of charge, which was noted on a work order dated 7/29/15. The leaking due to ice dams were caused by severe weather patterns causing the majority of the houses in our area to leak. On 2/12/15 we came out to your home to remove your ice dams. It has been determined that there is no further issues with your roof, and the most recent leaking was due to your siding. If any issues arise in the future, we would be more than happy to accommodate you in any way we can. Please note that we have stood behind our work 100% and made every attempt to rectify any problems that you have encountered. I have attached pictures of the completed work of the siding to fix the leaking you experienced in July.
