JP Companies installed a new concrete driveway (amongst other things) at [redacted] Kensington Md on Febraury 2014.After the driveway was installed, JP Companies returned several emails and even met with the customer twice to address their concerns A third meeting was scheduled but there was a miscommunication by both parties and it got cancelled.JP Companies thoroughly explained what was happening to the concrete and why it was happening.JP Companies also let the customer know that the issue is not warrantied (items & 6) and that it was clearly stated (in person and through email) in the contract they signed.Customer is asking for $plus $but the total of the contract was $4, Furthermore, the part of the job they have an issue with (which is not warrantied), the driveway (item 1-2) , only cost them $ So, the fact that they are asking for $for something that cost them $is unfairWith all the above being said, JP Companies is willing to come to a reasonable resolution to this issue We just want it to be fair for both parties.Contract and emails are attached:
