We did keep in touch with the customerAs a matter of fact we did pick up their items to have them moved to their new destination Our Customer Service and Office had numerous phone calls with the customer to keep them abreast of what was going on with the pick up of their items I do know how stressful moving can be and can make things difficult but we do help the Customer with their move and have made ourselves available if they need anything

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our customer however, we did not have knowledge of the claim requestCurrently it has been handled, CSI Pros does have the appropriate documentation to complete the claim process Again we do apologize, we were not notified that there was an issue with her claimWe encourage the customer to contact us immediate if there is any further delay so that we may follow up and expedite this as quickly as possible Please have customer call Eva at ###-###-#### She may reach me at ###-###-####This situation usually is handled through the company because the customer notifies the company directly and we can take care of the issue and follow up and find out what is needed to complete the claim for the customer If there is anything further I can do to assist this matter please let me know Thank You Faith

[redacted] was provided with a binding estimate from our sales representative based on the information she provided to usThis estimate was based on a list of items she was requesting to have moved At that time, she informed us that she had a quote from another company, she was then informed that if she sent us the quote and as long it was comparing "apples to apples" YBT VanLines, Incwould price match a competitor’s price [redacted] was also informed that if we arrived at her residence to pick up of her household goods and the items took up more space in our truck or there were more items than she had initially provided us with then she would have to pay for the additional cost to ship said goods YBT VanLines, Incis unable to guarantee any customer, including [redacted] that the price would not exceed $ We simply ask each and every customer to review their quote, to assure accuracy If it is a 100% accurate, then the price remains When YBT VanLines, Incarrived at the residence of [redacted] , doing a physical walk through, informed her that based on what she was requiring to have transported, there would be an increase in price She agreed, upon putting the items onto the truck, the crew got close to the estimated cubic feet At which point they informed [redacted] that she could either go to her estimate and the price would not change, or she could continue to add the additional items, and the price would increaseShe was informed several times from our office that we will not transport her items for freeShe chose to have the additional items shipped and this customer was charged accordinglyIf you need anything further please contact me at ###-###-#### Sincerely, Faith Office Manager YBT Vanlines

In response to the complaint from [redacted] case [redacted] In Reference to [redacted] complaint regarding his household goods I am forwarding you copies of our inventory that will show you that many of the items were already damaged before we picked them upYou will notice the markings of scch (scratched chipped items) There was previous damage to his furniture We have told him that he needs to put a claim in through our claims dept ( [redacted] ) to request any damage that he's incurred other than what was on the furniture when we moved it (documents to follow in 2nd email) We do not allow customers in our trucks as he requested for the reason we are not insured for anyone other than our employees to be in the trucks We do not want anyone getting injured in any way Our long distance moves are all in our 63" trailersThey are designed to handle long distance and extreme road conditions Our drivers are very experienced and if there is any possible way they can reach the destination without having to shuttle or put it into local storage they will The emails that [redacted] forward to us regarding his location were given to our dispatch and they were reviewed and checked Our policy is that we do not open boxes unless there are chemicals in there and the box is leakingAccording to the DOT we are not allowed to move cleaning chemical or any liquid The documents that were signed when we delivered the items to the Hughes family do not reflect any damage to there household goods Thank you [redacted]

I have sent a message sent from YBT to *** from ***. This is the text sent and the attachment is in that e-mail. This company has raised the price by $from its original agreement. This is the message that we replied with"am sorry, This is not what I was told I would be signing nor am I comfortable in signing this, this is not correct nor do I agree to the terms of what I told to me....You are dismissing the fact that you made arrangements to pick up our storage goods, I paid a deposit of $was told $at delivery of items. Your company did not show for pick up, which I spent Airline tickets, a car rental, a babysitter for days that you did not show. I had to call repeatedly with no responses until days later and had you look at your records and you explained to me how this was a terrible mistake, Britney explained to me she was going to make this right, and due to I had to fly back, that she would not charge me anything extra and will take care of all the items, she assured me this when I was going to cancel the pidue to the no show of picking up the items. Britney further explained how she will make this right and make a huge discount off the price. I explained that this was reported to Revdex.com and that when my items were delivered, I had already called the Revdex.com agent and will delete the case. My items were not scheduled, in the account it was put TBA, which now the two weeks went to almost a month. These items were form my wife's grandmother who passed away and had a huge impact in her life, which now you hold ransom, you now will not give the proper credit, you have raised the price to an amount that is far and beyond to the original agreement. This mistake is YBT's alone, It is Britney who made us believe this will be made up. Now you want to take our deposit of $and then add more cost to the agreed $to $1309, along with the driver dropped items off the truck while loading the items from our storage unit into the truck. You made it clear if we don't sign this and because a complaint was made to Revdex.com which in this case is why this company is their to protect the consumers, is for this exact case that leads to believe it is extortion. You now hold our items ransom because of your mistakes and tricked us raise the price from pick up until delivery...It was you that did not show to pick up our items, you robbed us the chance to remove items that were to much for the space paid for on the truck, you assured us you would take care of it and give us a break to make this right. You have shown no accountability but have taken advantage of a situation that was your wrong doing, this appears to be a scam and extortion and for this not to be reported to Revdex.com would an injustice to future customers that need to be aware of your trickery, scam traits, and promises. It is not right to threaten us and your bad business needs to be reported" This business continues to raise the price unless we cancel or reject our complaint to Revdex.com as they write incorrect information back to Revdex.com. This company made the daters and arrangement to pick up the items, did not show for original piwhich caused the additional charges we suddenly were made aware of when items are in route to deliver. At this point, unless we pay we will not get our items, we will be forced to pay tomorrow with cash or cashier check of $to the driver at am, ** March 2016; and they keep our $deposit

CSI is a 3rd party company that handles our claims I was not aware for many months that they were not responding to the customer and processing her claimSince I have been made aware we have made sure that CSI has all documents needed to complete the claim for the Customer and now it is in the hands of CSI to finish They tell people it can take up to months to complete We are waiting for the company to finish the process and forward on to YBT Vanlines the results of the claim I have had correspondence with the customer Sousan since and have let her know that we've made sure they have everything they need to finish the processes We do not control CSI and must wait for them to complete there report We will remain on top of things and try to get a result as soon as possible.
