We are a Kirby distributor and we sell Kirby Systems door to door, this is the only way our products are soldThursday, July we gave a home demonstration to *** *** at her home in OakhurstShe was happy with the demonstration
and purchased a Kirby System from us at that time
We did not hear from *** again until she called our office July 12th to ask about her cancellationWe were unaware of this cancelation as we had not received any cancelation notice by mail nor had we heard from her prior to her call July 12th,
If we receive a cancelation within the three day right of recession we cancel the contract and pick up the merchandise at the consumers homeThis was not the case
We would like to see *** *** stick to her commitment and pay her contract as agreed
