We appreciate the patience we have received from the finks, we got inundated with work this last year, and didn't take care of the finks like we normally take care of customersWe look forward to finishing the project and making sure the [redacted] are happy

The repairs to the siding are in the process of being taken care of, the roof was not done properly by the previous company who installed the roof, so when we pulled the siding off we had to pull back the wall flashing that was not done to code by the previous roofing companyBut we assured
Laurie that it would be fixed

We were able to come to an agreement of the repair, and we put it in a new contract We are dedicated to making sure our customers are satisfied. Regards*** ***

I have not received a response from the Company and what the status of the matter is
Thank you

The only thing I can do in this case is apologize for the lack of communication, and the time it has taken to start the jobWe missed calculated by several weeks on the material to show upThat was our fault, we have started the job and plan to take full care of the clients needsWe appreciate
the opportunity to serve them in the best way we can
Kindest regards

We appreciate the patience we have received from the finks, we got inundated with work this last year, and didn't take care of the finks like we normally take care of customers. We look forward to finishing the project and making sure the [redacted] are happy.

The following is the communication that was sent to [redacted] (JP Home Exteriors owner) on Thursday, December 10. On Saturday, December 12 [redacted] agreed to fix all the issues on this list as well as agreeing to the following financial assessments to pay for damaged property and grounded solar panels. ...

Fence 30ft x $26 = 780 - 200= $580
Gate $200
Power $100
Total $880
$880 will be taken off the bill as well as the cost of all labor and materials that did not get completed.
[redacted],
After reviewing our conversation from Saturday, December 5, and not receiving the list of repairs we made together, I feel it is necessary to send this communication.
(We emailed our requested for the list on Monday, December 7.)
Please let us know by 3pm on Friday, December 11th if you agree to make all corrections in this communication.
If you are not willing to complete all of the following work we feel we have no choice but to pursue termination of the contract.
Issues we are willing to compromise on.
1. Allow [redacted] to try to fix the work. (You initially agreed to have "[redacted]" do the work if we approved after looking at an example of his work.)
2. The color that was put on the house is not the color in the contract.
3. The new seams on the fascia are much more visible than the old seams. (I am not asking to replace the fascia, only "tighten up" the seams.) This compromise does not include the deck cover fascia
Issues we are not willing to compromise on.
1. Matching the quality of work that was previously on the house as promised by [redacted].
Below is a list of work to be redone or repaired.
I have added three items related to the quality that I am not willing to compromise on.
Deck Cover
-Junction of south beam and house: fix patch; this will include replacing the wrap on the south beam as there is not only a gap, but there will be a nail hole when the patch is removed. Install j-channel.
-Post under the above junction: rewrap
-Junction of southeast post and two beams: remove patches and fix all gaps at the junction; this will include replacing the wrap on the south beam as there will be more nail holes here when the patches are removed.
-Southeast corner post: replace wrap to mirror northeast corner.
-Eastern beam: Rewrap entire beam. Fold the cap edges to match the posts.
-Post on top of eastern beam: Rewrap
-Gable fascia: Rewrap
-East facing gable north side drip edge: replace
-North facing drip edge: patch ripped drip edge
*-North beam: rewrap so full length is covered. Seam should be as close to the house as possible.
Northwest corner windows/South door
-West window: Rewrap after frame is built up
*-North window: Rewrap after frame is built up.
-Door: replace top piece, *replace sides
Fascia
-Tighten up all seams
-Fix where the addition and the original house meet
Gutters
-South side gutters: replace long piece and put a single downspout on west end. The small piece may need to be replaced as well as it is cemented to the long piece.
-North side gutter: replace and place the downspout in the original location.
-North side shed: add gutter. Place the downspout on west end and drain facing west.
-Far southeast downspout: drain south
-Far northeast downspout: drain north
Paint
-One gallon of paint to match the Royal Brown trim.
*Added items

The material is a special type of material. We are still waiting for the material to be delivered. Once it is we can install it, we're hoping in the next few weeks.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am accepting the solution at this time assuming the work is done to the quality that the company has promised.  The work won't be complete for 45 days
Sincerely,
[redacted]
