That was fine. Chases's late fees policy has so many loopholes I font know where to begin, they claim over and over that overdrawn feels will not be charged as long as the amount is entered by 11:00 Pm yet all of transaction (checks) are processed by 11:59. Today I spoke to a supervisor at their contact center in order to get clarify on their policies he stated and I quote "Most checks are processed between 11 pm and 12 pm so the 11 pm rule does not apply to check" I said that is not clarify to your consumers at that point he got defensive. I advice hom that there policies had some issus and requested to enter a complaint he said ok but that they did not have reference numbers from complaint neither would I get a response back from anyone unless they beeded more infornation at that point I got the point( my complaint was going nowhere). A word of advice for those outthere, chase does not care about their customers all of their polocies have loopholes to take your money, GO ELSEWHERE.
