JP Moving

Received Matt's name from Chattel Changers as an affordable and reliable mover. Matt is affordable but JP Moving is not reliable, at all. We booked Matt for two moves, one to Chattel Changers and one to storage. Matt was supposed to show up at 12pm for the Chattel Changers move, texted to say he was running late due to an issue with his previous move. Fine. After two hours, he says the issue is still ongoing and we say that we can't reschedule due to child care. And then we never hear from Matt again. Despite calling and texting to see what was going on. He did not show up at all for the Chattel Changers move or even reply to texts to see if he would show up for the personal move (which he didn't.)
This left us in a huge bind and in a rush to make other arrangements before we needed to vacate the property we were moving from.
Do not use this mover, at least without a back up plan in case he bails (which there is a 50% chance of, in our experience).
