GM, All *** does is sends us emails to delay this collection on a bounced check, he says hes always working and never calls us to resolve this bounced check , it has been one year that the check has bouncedwe did the
job for him and even lowered the price for him to help himim really upset he contacted the Revdex.com when he is totally wrong on this matter

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I do not know who responded to this complaint from the company, but they clearly do not understand why I filed this complaint against them. Under no circumstance is anyone from a business should call and curse someone out and make threats. That is why I chose to make all communications via emails and this is why the Revdex.com got involved. I am upset also and was worried about my safety after what was said to me and the tone it was said in on the phone by the [redacted]. Also the Revdex.com said to state fact as I did. Your company did not lower the price to help me, you lowered the price because you quoted me a higher price than the job required. So please stop trying to make it look like you did me a favor. I see that I am not getting anywhere with whoever is responding to this complaint. I will not be yelled at, cursed at and accept threats from anyone especially a [redacted] of a business. An apology would have been sufficient enough and this would have never been taken to this level. No one deserve to be spoken to the way [redacted] spoke to me. I want all communications to me and my family to cease from [redacted] and his company and to be in writing. They were very disrespectful.   I would like this matter to be closed with no further communication from [redacted] and his company. I am asking for [redacted] not to send anything to my personal email as he did today at 9:49am. He decided how he wanted to resolve this matter, therefore there is no need for any further communication. Thank you

Review: On Saturday, June **, 2015 at 11:59am The [redacted] known to me as [redacted] of JP Plumbing Water Main/Sewer called my cell phone attempting to collect a debt from a year which I was completely unaware of and we have discussed in several email. This debt was brought to my attention towards the end of May 2015 by [redacted] of JP Plumbing, who was also left rude and threaten voicemail messages. [redacted] called me from phone number ###-###-#### and during the conversation, [redacted] began yelling at me on the phone. [redacted] stated that "I am a stupid [redacted]", "a [redacted]", and "a good for nothing [redacted]". [redacted] stated "this is the way I speak and I should accept it" His behavior caused me to become alarmed and in fear for my safety. Is this how someone is suppose to behave when attempting to collect a debt? This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I do not want anyone from that company or associated with them calling me, sending letters or coming to my house. I do not want any contact with them at all. It seems like the people that work for that company and run that company is very unprofessional and don't care what they have to do to collect a debt.
