Took my car there cause it broke down. Thought John would diagnosis to see what was the issue. But nope he didnt do anything at all. My car was there for 2 weeks. First he thought it was the timing belt, gave me an estimate on how much with parts $500 and labor $400. When it came to it, it was not the timing belt. >:( I called him numerous times no answer or call back. Even left a voicemails. I had to go to the shop to find out what was wrong with it. And he said my car was complicated. And that he recommended that I should go see the Electrical specialist. Took 2 weeks just to tell me that. Very unprofessional. I recommend that he should not go there. Overall, bad experience.

We took our alley there to be serviced and they ended up having it for several months and destroying the electrical on it air conditioning and other units. We sued them in court for the amount of $1,800 the judge ruled in our favor and he will not even discuss the lawsuit or attempt to pay for the ruling. My mother in law and my two sisters in law have since had errors with their vehicle so they are not using his service as well.
