I had a car impounded here turns out it was a mix up at a government level and was resolved with the government. The car was in the lot on the 14th of March and didn't receive any notice of this until the 23rd at a fee of 70 dollars a day I then received a "final notice" in the mail on the 27th the package they sent me was full of dodgy paperwork missing signatures and file number info and despite my requesting it since the 26th never received a proper invoice. In the end staff here denied my request to talk to management, the customer relations department started completely ignoring my emails and my calls are sent to voicemail. All I ever wanted from them is to talk to someone and resolve this issue. Nobody should ever be ignored by any business especially when it involves there financial/credit situation.
