I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Up to this point, I still have personally not received a receipt from this officeFirst, I was not informed that Ms*** would have 24-hours to complete my requestIf I had been told this in the beginning, none of this would have happened because I would have been prepared to waitInstead, I was told that as soon as she returned to the office it would be handled, assuming the same daySecond, I am shocked that it is claimed I was upset when I only made an inquiryI was not upsetThe person who claims this is the one who got upset firstThird, I never made statements that the office was incompetent or that everyone should be able to fill all positions. This claim is absurdIt is interesting how I am now being lied on for the office's neglecting to treat me as they only should...with respect and dignityFourth, at no time did I ever refuse to tell her why I needed the receiptIn fact, I gave her a thorough explanation that it was needed for my personal real estate records and for general real estate purposesFifth, I would never use foul language to communicate my requestOn the contrary, I remained on the line in an attempt to have my request fulfilledIt is the office staff who hung up on me twice and demanded I provide information to them that I did not have toI also find it interesting that the manager had time to get in her car and scope my previous property, but not simply return my phone callThis office involved an unnecessary party (my realtor) as it was not their business to involve him in the matterIt was my request and not his, my wanting the receipt from them, not himThis shows the lack of care and professionalismAnd up to this point, I still have not personally received the receipt as it was sent to my realtor instead of me. Additionally, I am not ashamed that I placed several voicemails or called several times as I needed the information the day before and was not informed that there would be any reason why I would not receive itI was also never informed that I could contact my title company for the information requestedIt is also claimed that I did not pay my feesBut this makes no senseWhy would I call and request a receipt if I was trying to hide the fact that I didn't pay? This speaks to the incompetency of the office and also the person who claims itCrestwood's response does nothing but show the level of ignorance that resides in this property management company and their willingness to blame property owner's for what is actually their lack of care, respect, and professionalism.
