Unusable internet service, no customer support. JPI was the only internet service for FOB gardez in Afghanistan. I Paid 120$ a month and internet would not work or would work very slow 1-5 kbps. The network equipment on the fob was defective as is had been hit by lightning. JPI would not send anyone out to fix the issues after contacting them many times. They rip off soldiers and contractors serving that have no other choice for internet. This caused many issues trying to stay in touch with friends and family back home. Stay away from this horrible company.
