Review: I had the contractor build a metal pole building on 5-01-08. In the contract that we both signed it states there is a 10 year warranty. the outside of the building is now rusting. I have been in contact with John the owner of JPMC since the spring of 2015. Every time I make contact I get a run around. I have heard everything from the sales rep from the metal company was out to look at it. To I will be over tomorrow to meet with you. nothing has been resolved. the sales rep never showed up, John never shows up, and now he also does not return my voice mails. I have photos of the damage that were sent to JPMC on July 1st as well as a list of calls placed from my cell to JPMC with no resolution in sight.Desired Settlement: all I want is the rusted panels replaced in a timely manor.
