Chase called me on the phone and stated that they would not refund the $395 fee that I paid for United Airlines Club membership service which included shower services at the time that I paid the $395 for these services. This is basically fraud on the part of Chase and their refusal to take any responsibility. Chase refused to put anything in writing regarding this, even written responses. This shows what shady business practices they have. A legit company would not only refund the money they stole from all of it's members, but would also respond in writing. I wish to continue disputing this claim with the Revdex.com. I further demand that Chase put their responses in writing so all of the customers that they took advantage of can see their response.

Chase has still failed to prove that this debt is mine. I have no recollection of these accounts and a simple card holder agreement doesn't mean anything without proof that I actually signed the agreement in question. You guys are also ignoring the fact that you're in violation of FDCPA (§807. False or misleading representations and §809. Validation of debts). 1. I don't see a signed agreement bearing my signature.2. You guys did not comply with my original dispute when I sent my first two letters in regards to the alleged debt owed back in March of this year (I have attached my second letters for each account sent on 3/21/16 which I have certified receipts for that proves you guys signed for it on 3/28/16). Instead, you sent an automated message stating that my account information was updated. But you did not send anymore proof outside of that. You had 30 days to respond to that letter and you simply ignored it.3. I also requested that you send the name, address and telephone numbers of each person who personally verified these alleged accounts which you have not done.I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting “validation”; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have (or ever had) some contractual obligation to pay you.My request is very clear! If you cannot, these accounts need to be deleted. You're affecting my credit score.Regards,

Chase claims they have no record of the letter stating my account has a zero dollar balance. I have sent a copy of this document to Mr. [redacted] at the Chase Card Executive Office on 3/7/17 as well as scanned and attached a copy here. I find it alarming that they claim to have no record of this document. It is no wonder I am having issues.

Problem:Chase erroneously identified some transactions on my account as fraud, and recovered the funds from the merchants without alerting or asking me if they were indeed fraud. I immediately contacted Chase to try to get this straightened out- I even spoke to someone in the Chase Executive Office- and nothing has been done in almost 3 months. Chase re-billed me for the transactions they erroneously identified as fraudulent, yet they have FAILED to pay back any of the merchants. Essentially, they stole the money from the merchants AND are trying to get me to pay again too, so they are double dipping. I refuse to pay anything until the merchants that they stole from are repaid. This has caused me a huge headache because the merchants are refusing to do business with me because they think that I made purchases and lied and reported them as fraud. After speaking with the Chase Executive Office and Customer Service representatives, I was assured this would be taken care of in 3 business days, then I was told 3 weeks. Both time periods have long since passed and nothing has happened. I am furious.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:I just want the merchants to be paid back. Chase can't take the money from the merchants and try to make me pay again as well. I am in bad standing with so many companies now because of Chase's error, which isn't fair. It doesn't and shouldn't take three months to make corrections to billing errors.
