I do not agree with the response from Chase Card memberservice for the following reasons:41. Chase dropped the ball in my court to go back to Medicareandgive medicare their(chase) authorization of payments, Whydon't they contact medicare? 2. I kept trying for at least weeks, and left message for*** *** (medicare resolution desk to call me but received no call. 3. Finally, on April 15, 2016, I called medicare and spoke to*** ***. Medicare was not interested in taking theauthrizations of payment by Chase and just referred to to the letter sent to me by medicare n 2-9-stating and I quote:"medicare records show a credit card charge-back of $314.50was made on 6-18-Due to the charge back the nextCMS-medicare notice generated on 7-27-was in the amount of $for medicare B premiums for May thruNov 2015."3. Why doesn't Chase and Medicare get together and resolvethis? What more can I do? I'm in limbo and I'm out $14.70.thank youI have to correct the amount of money I am out its $not $14.70. thank you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowi don't accept this determinationThey are not even owning up to their faultHad I known they were so difficult I would have kept my credit card locked in safe and only used it twice a year when I travelThey did not seem to care much about mail theft they were acting like it's not their fault when they new I have problems with mail delivery and people some how obtaining credit cards with smart phonesI have no control over thieves finding new ways to steal credit cardsThe last fraud charges on my credit card resulted from never receiving my replacement card in the mailI don't even travel out of the country and barely out of state they should block international chargesOr at least call me and say hey, are you at this place trying to make this purchase? No just approve them and make my life rougher.

Desired Outcome:
the late mark on my credit report to be reversed or removedIt is not ethical for a company not to send you statements and have your account miscoded as "under attorney representation" so they don't contact you either
