I received a response from account of Amazon Chase and was told that they would begin reactivation my credit card once it was in good standingThe account is now paid up to date and has yet to be reinstatedI received a letter from *** *** who stated that the company would be happy to reinstate my cardIt has been a month and I have called Ms*** several times and she is always on the phone and won't speak with meI believe that I have been lied to and would like a apology and my Rewards account reinstatedThank you*** ***

I have been told on several occasions that a message would be forwarded or that so-aperson would call me back, but no one ever doesI have left several messages for the various reps that I have spoken with to no availAfter opening this account with Chase, I have made large purchases/donations and closed other accounts based on having this new accountThen, Chase closed my new credit line with no explanation, even though my credit had previously been evaluated by two different departmentsI am now stuck with a $20k+ debt with Chase and an account on my credit that reads, "Account closed by creditor." This is completely unacceptable after I have worked for years to improve my FICO score over points to about a Chase's actions have now damaged my creditI receive emails weekly that this account is past due and to log in and make a paymentHowever, I have no way to log in since the account is closedWhen I speak to Exec Office (today) and Card Services, they tell me there is nothing they can do at this timeI have not even received a statement in the mail or a way to make payment on this closed account.

The business sent me a letter. It simply stated they reviewed my case for the third time and now determined that it was fraud. There is NO explanation why it took individual reviews (and a complaint to the Revdex.com) to determine it was a clear cut case of fraud. There was no apology for any wrongdoing. And the refund was an arbitrary amount of $50. No explanation was given for that amount.
