Dear Ms***:Thank you for your prompt response.Attached below are the three documents that were attached to the email I received from you.The first "click to view" document states that "the business has sent the Revdex.com a message regarding this complaint and we are passing it on to you. The contents of this message are below or attached." However there is no message or attachment below, therefore I cannot agree or disagree. However, I am still awaiting the return of my $payment.Status as of 2/12/16:I applied for a 0% credit card to JPMorgan Chase requesting a $14,balance transfer to my existing credit card with First National Bank Omaha.2. Rather than decline my application, JPMorgan Chase gave me an $line of credit and mailed that amount to First Bank of Omaha thereby creating another credit card/debt for me. I called them several times and no one could help me. So I temporarily made a $payment to JPMorgan so my credit would not be ruined.3. I called First National Bank Omaha and asked them to return the payment to JPMorgan and they were not sure that they could do that, but did change my account to a lower rate and reduced my monthly paymentsAs I explained that my husband just had a kidney transplant and was collecting a small amount of disability for weeks4. On February 3, I received a letter from First National Bank Omaha indicating that they reversed/returned the $payment to JPMorgan Chase and apologized.5. I called JPMorgan customer service yesterday to request that they return the $payment. They said they see a note in my file from 1/29/asking for the $payment to be returned. She apologized and said she will put it through and it will take business days

J.PMorgan Chase, hereafter referred to as JPMC, has failed to show, or document that *** *** is in anyway responsible for this accountThis is a matter of JPMC attempting to collect on an account without having any documentation or evidence to substantiate their claim
*** did not open the account and JPMC has failed to or refused to show any documents or records to substantiate that claim
*** never charged anything or made any payments to the disputed account and JPMC has failed to or refused to show any documents or records to substantiate their claim
*** has never lived or resided at any of the addresses that JPMC claims that she did and JPMC has failed to or refused show any documents or records to substantiate their claim
JPMC is attempting to hold *** responsible, without any documentation or proof otherwise, and is only doing so after learning that her former husband was deceasedPrior to that, JPMC had not held *** responsible for any activity on the account since it’s inception in It will be clear, from the documentation below, which refutes the information that JPMC has stated, and will show that JPMC is not accurately reporting account information and status to the credit reporting agencies and that the information they are reporting is not valid information
In its response, they indicate that they have reviewed their records extensivelyYet, they have failed or refused to provide any documentation or records to *** to substantiate their claim and have specifically stated that their records do not go back to which further supports the notion that they have no records to review
JPMC cannot and has not provided any information or documentation that *** was a party to the account, signed her name to the account, and charged or paid any charges to the accountIt can be clearly shown that all activity on the account was by *** *** onlyAdditionally, JPMC has said repeatedly that *** was the “primary” applicant on the account, yet *** was not employed at the time the account was established, would have not been able to apply for a credit account or make payments to the account due to her unemploymentThe statements were sent in the name of *** Tand *** *** indicating that *** was the primary on the account*** was not a co-applicant to the account and JPMC has failed to provide any documentation otherwise
JPMC states that the billing statements were sent in her name, indicating that it was in her name alone, when in fact were sent in the name of *** T and *** ***JPMC further states “These statements were mailed to the addresses listed below, which we verified through public records as belonging to you: • *** *** *** *** *** 43085; from January through January • *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** from February through current.”
This is blatantly incorrect as the records of the Franklin County Auditor clearly show that at no time did *** reside at or was a party to any of the addresses listed aboveThe public records show that *** *** solely owned *** *** ***, from 11/20/and sold it on 1/20/He and his brother solely purchased *** *** *** *** ** from 10/6/to current
