Ordered two medium size alpha locking liners. One of the liners is a large. Can't use it. Been ripped off! Very incompetent.
Our last record of contact with this patient was in September of 2016 when we did ship two Alpha liners AND scheduled a followup appointment. This is the FIRST opportunity that we have been made aware of any issue - more than TWO YEARS later. Attempts to contact today have been unsuccessful.
It is our policy to schedule our prosthetic patients not more than 6 months from their last appointment (to be seen by their prosthetist AT LEAST twice annually). Patients who comply with this followup schedule are much better served as we are able to proactively manage their prosthetic care on an ongoing basis. There is no charge for you to be seen in our office.
Had we been made aware of any issues with the liners when they were provided, we certainly would have been willing and able to resolve the matter very quickly and easily and without any expense to the patient. Is it possible we have been confused with another provider who has seen this patient more recently? Gel liners typically have a useful life of 6-12 months.
We would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have you back in our office, assess your current needs and provide any services which you may require at this time. We will serve you with excellence as we have thousands of patients during our 30 years in business. Please call for an appointment. In order to expedite our ability to meet your needs, please discuss your prosthesis and any problems you may be having with your physician and request a prescription for us to provide services.

That reminds me, years ago YOUR Technician fitted me with two large alpha liners and in a month both had tear holes in them making me buy two more!
