I have dealt with JPS in the past on smaller projects over the years, and last year when I had water coming into the back of my home, This was the company I chose to do the repair and remodelingI had a french drain installed, the entire rear of my house remodeled, and ceramic tile installedAfter a hard rain, It was apparent I still had water coming in the houseI was assured that the issue would be resolvedAfter being told that, I went forward with some other projects to include tinting my windowsThe install of the tint was terrible, and to make matters worse, nearly a year later, my house still leaks in the heavy rainSome sheetrock work and paint has been left incomplete as wellI have been given excuse after excuseWhen the contractor does say he will come over, he never shows up
