Jay [redacted] JPS Limited, LLC [redacted] 4-7-17 Mr. [redacted] Revdex.com [redacted] RE: ID [redacted] Dear Mr. [redacted]: In response to the letter dated...
3/21/17. Regarding the unanswered e-mails – my email address had been hacked mid-November and a new email address was being used. As for the lack of communication, the last text message received from Mr. [redacted] was November 11th at 8:15 a.m. The patio door issue has been discussed with Mr. [redacted] and he is aware that the carpenter will be visiting the site when the weather permits. The tile purchased for the fireplace should be paid for by the homeowner as he has paid for each bill during the building process. In regards to the electrical questions, the statement seems to indicate that he has replaced the bad switch so my understanding would be that the electrician just needs to address the bad breaker. In regards to the door locks not matching, Mr. [redacted] requested that all locks be keyed the same as his vacation home. So that I could fulfil Mr. [redacted]’s request I had to purchase the same brand name locks as what is being used at the vacation home. Mr. [redacted] was fully aware of the changes and the fact that we were not purchasing all new interior door handles to match. Mr. [redacted] has never communicated any issue with the locks prior to the receipt of this letter. The electrician will be called will set up an appointment to look address the breaker issue and as stated earlier the carpenters will be out to address the patio door as soon as weather and scheduling permits. Sincerely, Jay [redacted] JPS Limited, LLC

Check was received Friday 5/5/17 for $100.00 From JPS for what I asked for. I now receive email that this is closed. I never received email for my response. I do not want this closed as the builder has not responded about door locks and patio door.
