JPS Marble and Granite LLC

We purchased granite for our kitchen island and bathroom vanity. The island is fine, however when the man finished measuring the granite for the bathroom he suggested a side splash. Unfortunately it appears when the granite was cut they did not account for the side splash and therefore the right side where the side splash is the granite is three inches shorter. We were told to send pictures which we did and call the general manager Sean who never returned our call! After several weeks someone came to remeasure and said JPS will do something. When the granite was installed the only thing I was told to do was rub my fingers along granite to make sure there are no rough spots! I've been without a bathroom sink for over a month! We even suggested an easy fix but even that they are ignoring! What good are all their warranties if we can't even get called back! I just received a text saying if we want anything done it would be at our expense. Even though it was their mistake not ours!
