JPS Restoration and Construction, thank you for helping out my seller clients last month, when just days before closing, there was a toilet leak that left carpet, baseboards, drywall and more WET! You came in like a pro and made everything right - just in time for closing!

Last month I discovered some water damage issues underneath the kitchen sink in my home My property manager provided me the name and number of JPS Jeff quickly returned my call and later came out to inspect the damage He assessed the damage and also noted some issues in an upstairs bathroom He treated the area with a chemical which surprisingly enough, smelled good Jeff explained it was a "green" product and did not contain harsh chemicals In addition, he greatly helped me with home renovation by providing information and services to complete my project I wish I had met him prior to starting this project, It would have saved me lots of timeThanks Jeff

Had an incident where our freezer quit working and all the contents drained onto our ceramics. JPS was able to not only clean the affected area but also able to replace the grout lines. Can't even notice, it blends so well. Don't know how they got the blueberry stains out.

Jeff and the JPS team provided knowledgeable inspection, advice, and did an excellent job in cleaning up our flood damage. Where other contractors were ready to tear up my entire house, JPS figured out a way to remediate the flood and clean up the mold with minimal demolition--and at a very reasonable price. We recently did an air quality test in the house and we passed with the lowest mold rating! I would heartily recommend JPS!!
