I purchased a priate ship toy by Imaginext from JQKSTORE.com and the company did not deliver the product When I tried to reach the company to find out why I did not receive my toy I could not reach them because the number listed on the website is actually for a publishing company that states they do not have any information about JQKSTORE.com I was unable to reach the company and have not received the product My credit card was charged the cost of the toy and I do not have the toy Mattell called me and stated that I was a victim of a triangle scam and that the JQKSTORE took my money, do not have products to ship to customers, and sent my contact information to Mattell with no money Mattell stated that there have been many individuals/families that have been scammed by this website I want my money refunded by this company

There have been many individuals/families that have been scammed by this websiteI want my money refunded by this company
