Regarding: [redacted] We have had concerns with Mr [redacted] in the pastQuite sometime ago he brought us his truck for repairs and failed to pay for years until we threatened to take him to courtThis time he was asked to pay at completion.In regard to this event Mr [redacted] insisted upon driving the vehicle into our shop un-benounced to me until after the factIt is our belief the transmission was a pre-existing concern which would explain the persistence in doing soAlso please note that transmission was low on oil when we received it and we topped off the oil before it ever left our facility.As it is our policy with all customers whom have extensive repairs to their vehicles we advised Sean he must return within a mile window to re-torque all nuts and bolts and check fluids as needed.When Mr [redacted] called concerning the drive shaft we immediatley addressed his issue at no additional cost to him.As for the chips in the paint the majority of our work was performed from under the truckAnd it is not our policy to examine customer vehicles with a fine tooth comb and document every tiny imperfectionHowever the ABS light and battery light were obvious and so noted that they were on at the time the customer dropped it offAgain let me remind you the customer insisted upon driving the truck into the bay at our shopSuspicious to say the leastNow to address the last issue of an oil leakThis vehicle has over 130,milesWhile we did run the vehicle for over hours without -one single drop of engine oil from the oil pan which were placed there were other leaks in other places which could easily be expected on a truck with said miles.Regards, John [redacted] J&R Auto [redacted] *
