the kind if you are doing work for him he will treat you as if you are his slave.We learned to be more than patient with our customersWe never come across a customer as *** *** he has no respect, no honor and no dignity for anyone.We responded to his service call and went out to his house per our agreement of diagnosing his television for the price of $none refundable which he agreed to.The television is about year old and most of its parts are discontinued and not availableThat was something *** *** does not and would not understandDue to his constant calling and demands we went back with a part that was available and possible fix for the problem to no availAgain he would call us to times a day to just ask the same question and if the part for his TV had come in. On the third time we were out at his house and at more than hours of work including travelHe was told again the main mother board needed to be replaced which is the part we told him originally is the problem in his television but unfortunately the part is not available and that we need time to find or until the part becomes availableHis answer was to the technician is leave the television face down on the floor and just leave and that he will call someone elseThe technician had to insist to at least put the cover back on the television as a precaution in case someone falls in the TV and hurt himselfHe agreed.Again *** *** called back the same day asking and harassing us when the main mother board will come inAgain he was told we can put the part on order and it will be back orderedAgain he did not want to hear that and just kept on arguingTechnician final words to him (Sir: We don’t have stock on the part you television needsAs soon as we find one for you we will let you knowHave a good day.)
