The job we had with J.R. Hayden was not without its problems.
That being said, we should have took the advice of our insurance adjuster and waited until fall to start the work as its alot easier then getting everything done during the hottest, busiest part of the year.
I will give them credit the problems were all resolved and they kept at it until I was satisfied which is what really matters.
Our roof looks great, they recommended the color and we love it.
They threw in extras, were able to replace a whole other side of our houses siding, painted the entire house, when insurance was only covering one side. Insurance was paying to replace 4 solar screens, but they threw in 9 extras after dealing with unfortunate issues.
These guys were determined to make us happy and they did. Things might not have started out great but they ended up better than I could have expected.
