Review: The Judgment Recovery Institute advertised that they were selling court judgments ($100/ea). We purchased 21 Colorado judgments on 7/3/2014 with the $2,100.00 check made out to "JRI/P.Alluis". After months of telling us that they had slight delays in getting approved by their 'Legal Compliance Unit', we were finally told on 11/23/2014 that we would be sent a tracking number for the mailing within 24 hours. It is now 4/8/2015 and we are still waiting.Desired Settlement: Since we have seen other Revdex.com complaints that JRI has taken funds and not provided what they sold, we would rather just have our money back.

Review: I purchased 11 judgments in July and even though received many promises from the owner, [redacted] and her [redacted], that delivery was in process, it never happened. Have asked for a refund many times, but no response.Desired Settlement: Refund of all money paid

Review: I sent $1700 for Judgments to Go last September. Never received judgments. Requested a formal refund two months ago. Still no monies.Desired Settlement: Return money. $1700.00

Review: I received an email solicitation offer to sell me judgments for the cost of the investigative paperwork, $100. I paid for the judgment and waited. I realize that because you are dealing with courts the process can take a while. I waited over 2 months and heard nothing. I tried calling and got no returned calls. I also emailed them several times. After several tries I received an email saying my paperwork had been sent to the wrong address. I didn't know how this was possible but I was assured that the matter was being resolved. In the mean time I was offered another chance to purchase. At the time I was desperate, in hindsight I was foolish. I purchased another one. Well after almost a year of not receiving the judgments I asked for my money back. I was told via email "the check is in the mail". That was over 3 months ago and I have not received the check or responses to my numerous emails to [redacted] or [redacted] (the owner)Desired Settlement: If these are in fact real judgments I will accept them. However, if not just send my money back.

Review: I purchased 3 judgments and related asset information on 12/15/13.JRI has failed to deliver the required Assignment's of Judgment.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund od monies paid.

Review: I paid a total of 103.00 for information on a judgment the institute claimed they would give me and I received the information but not the judgment on which they promised they would give. I emailed many individuals and no one responded to me back on when I would received the "free" judgment in which I paid the institute to get debtor information. I am extremely disappointed with JRI, I thought they were more professional about things but I guess notDesired Settlement: I would like either my 103.00 back or the judgment either one would be great thanks ~ This is getting very frustrating when no one is answering or responding back~ I have two kids with Autism and every dime I spend counts ~
