Customer claims we swapped her tire during a repair process and that is not correct, we patched her tire and fixed her problem as promised and saved her from having to spend extra moneyHer charge was only $later she returned claiming we swapped her tire! at first I thought it was a joke but it turns out she was serious about itI tried to ask her to help me understand why would we do such a thing and what benefit would I have by taking her tireI also explained to her that we would only be cheating our selves by doing so being that we only charged her $for a repair instead of $for a used tire I also told her we had cameras and we can look together at the entire processwe looked at video and she still insisted that some one had swapped her tire some how here somewhereat this point after showing her the proof on video for over an hour I had enough of the accusations and decided to ask her for the picture she said she had taken of her original tire just so I can compare them, she refused to show me her only proof she said she hadat that point I confirmed she was not being honest and I still asked her why are you doing this and what do you want from us? I offered to refund her $and she said no she would just rather another tire! I decided to give her what she wanted and just gave her a free tire of her choosing just to get her out.to me all this customer wanted was a tire she could not afford and got her way by playing the victim rolewe are not that kind of people here! we are very well known and loved by our local community for helping and caring for all customersIf all she wanted was a tire and had no money all she had to do was ask and she would of been taken care of.its sad that people actually do things like this to good hard working people...we also have the video footage available for who ever needs it such as the police or any legal agency!!! thank you very much!!!we will continue to help everyone!!!

The customer was told that she needs to replaced both of the front wheel bearings and for whatever reason she only replaced the 1, it is kinda like going and buying new shoes, when you buy new shoes, you buy both of them.... the customer was told she needs to replace BOTH wheel bearings. We gave the... customer the part for exactly what we get the part for and we did the labor for free. I am not doing anything else for this customer as far as any kind of refund. If she wants, I will give her the receipt for the part and she can go to [redacted] and get her money back and if she chooses to do that she will need someone other than our company to take the part off the vehicle for her because we will not. The only way her noise is going to go away is for her to replace her other wheel bearing like we told her to begin with. I tried calling the customer on 6/23/2016 at 230pm and no answer....If the customer wants the noise to go away, she needs to replace the other wheel bearing and the list price to get the part is 159 and additional charge for the labor if she wants us to fix it and if not she is more than welcome to take it elsewhere and then her noise will go away. As far as the bay door being closed, we do not want any customers in our work environment because our insurance does not cover customers in the work area and there are signs everywhere that says this.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and also did not know there was a problem with service that was provided until nowIf the customer would have contacted us or returned back to shop we would of fix the problem on the spot, But there was no communication between us at all We have always been great to customers and we will not stop nowif there is anything we can do to solve this matter and have a satisfied customer please let us know.once again we are very sorry

I was not told that I needed both sides for the wheel bearingWhen I bought the used wheel bearing to them it was for the driver sideThe only thing they told me was that they didn't feel comfortable putting it on because they didn't like the sound of itThen they could've told me I need both sides not just the driverEven when I took the used one back and had them to order a new one from [redacted] , I wasn't told I'd need both of themAfter they fixed the one on the right side there was still no conversation about doing the driver side

The money will be refunded to customerHe is coming in on 4/between the hours of 10-and I will right him a check for and take the tires backThank you
