My daughters Toyota Camry's alternator died and had to be towed to a shopdue to the close location & the fact that Rick's has so many bays I though that she would have good luck getting her car back quickly She works full time and is a full time student this is the first & last time we go to Rick's The charges totaled *** To perform the job I told my daughter to expect the charge to be around *** based on *** to *** for the alternator, *** for labor ( really a minute job ) Two bolts & three connecting wires *** for the Tow Price was given to me by the tow truck driver Rick's charged *** for the tow, I guess *** extra to make the call, *** in labor, *** evaluation fee ?? I guess to recharge her battery, *** for the alternator and the rest of the charge was tax I asked if a less expensive alternator could be used, the mechanic said no I should have had the car towed somewhere else, but due to her need for the car we allowed them to proceed Then I received a call from Rick's that the alternator had been dropped a broken and had to wait an extra day anyway to get the car repaired We will never go back
I have been taking my vehicles to Rick's Automotive for yearsI love the great courtesy and attention that they give to me and my wifeI know when we take our vehicles in that I can trust whatever they do they totally stand behindRare experience that you get in this day and age Can't be in business as long as they have without this attribute I give Rick's Automotive a rating if the rating is 1-They are that good, believe meI am a business man and know what this means to have a good report
