Greetings. I am not sure exactly what the reply from JR Painting and Renovation means. However, I have quotes from 3 professional companies which are registered in RI and have licensed plumbers and other licensed contractors. These companies have reviewed the worksite in detail and found that all work preformed to be substandard and in some cases dangerous. I have 2 quotes in writing which detail all work which has to be redone to make the apartment safe and bring the work up to code. In addition, I have photos of the poor work and damage. I also have a contractor willing to testify to the substandard work. In addition, I have a copy of a letter from the Contractor's Board which indicates that  JR Painting and Renovation is not answering their communications and a mandatory hearing is the next step.I intend to recover all funds necessary to renovate my 1st floor apartment properly.Please contact me with any questions or if any further information is required.
