Owner "***" seemed like a trustworthy person until there were still leakage issues after he replaced my shower fixtureHe came to repair my upstairs shower in April and the problem seemed resolved until weeks later, when my ceiling again started showing signs of a leakWhen I asked that he return to check his work that weekend, he did; however, he did not do a full inspection -- he didn't even open up the face plate to check inside, and just declared that his repair was done right; he told me to do a test by flushing the toilets to help determine the actual problemHe said the only way to really find out was to cut through my ceilingThat seemed drastic to me, so I said I would monitor the leak, which would come and goSeven months later, the problem still hasn't resolved itself and I finally called *** this week to return and cut the ceilingI made an appointment for today, Sunday, but yesterday when I called to confirm, he did not answer his phone; I called at least times during the course of the day, but to no availThis morning he did not show up as scheduled, and when I called again, he did not answerI finally left a message, but no one returned my callI had been calling his cell phone, so I then called his other number, which he gave me a while agoThat number turned out to be the wrong numberI am furious -- my ceiling has a black wet spot from the periodic leak and I spent $for "repairs."
