I believe that this company made my vehicle worse after having a disagreement with management. I'm going for a second opinion this coming week. I came in on July 24, 2016, to get a wheel alignment. My alignment was still off. The manager came over and told me I have a bubble in my tire and if I replaced it he'll realign it free of charge but I have to come back the next day. On July 25,my husband bought the tire from them. Well because I dont drive often I never had a reason to complain. Well on Sunday,August 20, I decided to drive back from church. I didn't like they way my vehicle was driving. I looked over to my husband and asked did he get the realignment after they put the tire on. He said No they just put the new tire on and I left. I called the business on Aug 21, and spoke to the manager. I reminded him who I was and why I was calling. He said ok sure no problem bring the car to him. I brought the car to him on Tues Aug 22. It was almost 6 pm, I peeked my head in the office and asked if he had time to complete the alignment. He looked like he didn't know what I was talking about. I again reminded him who I was and our c9nversation on the phone and that I had both receipts. I showed him the receipts. He looks at the date and says it's almost a month old. I said 'yes I told you that on the phone' and I also told him I don't drive. With both receipts in his hand he opens his mouth and says Well I can give you a discount on another alignment. I replied, Absolutely not! You told me if I purchased your tire you would realign it and you didn't. I'm here because you all didn't finish the job. He looks at me and says, OHHH I SEE YOU JUST WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE!! At that point I think I lost all sense of professionalism. I replied back and told him, "I don't know Who the heck you taking to but I work 50+ hours a week and I'm a Full time college student." I even offered to pull up my pay stubs! "How dare you disrespect me like that. I work hard to take care of my family." I then told him had I been derogatory against his race he'd be [redacted] off. He spoke in Spanish to the workers. Then threatened to call the cops on me. I asked him to call them because as a business owner you didn't do what he was supposed to and I'll just press charges against his company. He decided not to call the cops. They put my car on the machine. I made a video while they were doing my car. The guy was under my car messing with the right wheel AFTER the print out of the machine was completed. In my video you see him under my right wheel. I asked for my print out. On the print out it snows muy car is good. When you drive it the wheel is on a angle. My car is not fixed. While my daughter who's in a full Tae Kwon Do uniform (yet I want something for free, only if he knew the cost of her black belt alone was 350 and I do have the receipt for that as well)sitting the the car she heard them call me the B word in Spanish. We all know what word that is. I started to get out my car and say something to him but I figured why so he could lie on me. I drove away and told him I would never in my life come back to his business and I'll let all my family and friends know to never do business with him again. We all were using his business for our tires and alignments. Today is Thursday August 25th and my car is WORSE then it was when I brought it to them. I was going to call the cops and ask them what I need to do to get my car fixed. This company DID NOT fix my car! I would like my car fixed. I shouldn't have to pay another company to fix my car but I may be forced to pay someone else to do so. I have to be honest. This man offended me in the utmost way. And in front of my child. My feelings have been all over the place since dealing with this situation. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted at how he treated me. I'm afraid to take my car to them again. The print out was done before they finished my car. I don't trust them at all! None what so ever unless the police are standing there watching them.Desired SettlementI honestly just want my car fixed. It's a new car 2014 regular maintenance. There was nothing wrong with my car prior to this. Now I'm all over the road. I have six children to support and I need my vehicle how my kids need me alive. This could be deadly for us and they can't get away with this. I don't have the money to just go out and pay for another alignment. It's not fair and it's not okay.
