JR TRUCK REPAIR COMPLETED A REPAIR WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF AUTHORIZATION BY US. THE REPAIR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE WARRANTIED FROM PRIOR FAULTY REPAIR BY THEM.

I will start by saying that I almost never post complaints. This is my first complaint in a very long time if not ever. But after dealing with ROY and JR TRUCK REPAIR, I felt obliged to share my experience with the Revdex.com and others.
I had the misfortune of doing business with *** from JR TRUCK REPAIR. This place is run by CROOKS. Extremely unethical establishment. Not surprised to see very similar reviews on here by people who did business with this establishment and got screwed over.
Let this be a cautionary tale for anyone who needs truck repair service. Please do not make the same mistake and do business with them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE.
They will price gouge you. They will scam you. They will fix and charge you whatever they want without your authorization and then hold your vehicle hostage.
Repaired a rolling door ($250+) with them and it broke after a week. *** stated the door is bad and needs a new door. So, we bought a brand new door that costs over $2,000+, and they installed the door for $500+ (after negotiating and trying to talk him down). Repair cost was too high, in our opinion, but we authorized it because we needed the truck back on the road.
10 days later, the newly installed door broke again. I called him and let him know. He blamed it on the design of door (We have 15+ trucks in the company with the same exact door and design. Never had this issue before). So, he agreed to let me take it in when I was able to bring it in.
Brought it in last week and dropped it off to him so he can see what went wrong.
Come Monday morning, I receive an invoice in my email from JR TRUCK REPAIR for $1600+!!!! For the alleged "repair". I was blindsided.
He was supposed to fix it under warranty because they didn't properly install the new door.
I did not give any authorization whatsoever to fix the door for that price. I had trouble justifying $500 the first time, why would I approve $1,600 on something he should do for FREE?!
NO EMAILS.
NO TEXTS.
NO CALLS.
NO NOTICE IN ANY SHAPE, WAY, OR FORM!! MIND-BLOWING!
He decided on his own that I would be okay paying that amount.
He would not let me pick up our truck unless I paid in full and in CASH.
He would not accept my credit card even though he clearly accepts it based on prior transactions and stickers on the door.
He was extremely rude and unprofessional and would walk away when we tried to reason with him.
EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUS.
AGAIN, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD AND NOT WORTHY OF ANYONE'S BUSINESS.

They charged us towing fees and diagnostic fees to fix the fix we already paid them to fix. Said it was now something else and now we would have to pay $10,000 to have it fixed. my complaint is I paid them to fix a problem, They didn't fix the original problem and then they charge me for diagnostics I didn't agree too and should have to pay for because it was the exact same issue I paid them for. They then throw an absurdly high $10,000 bill at me and claim its a new reason its doing exactly the same thing I had them fix a day before. I believe they threw the high bill at me hoping I would go away and not asking for my $5,500 back for the work they didn't fix. They then demanded I deliver the towing fee and diagnostics fees over $700 to be paid in CASH ONLY!! or they would not release my vehicle.
