I had this company re-wire my mother's house in January of 2013. I have now sold the home, and had a home inspector

come for the inspection before the completed sale. The inspector found many problems and issues relating to the wiring. An example is that

six out of thirteen outlets re-wired were flagged by the inspector. I contacted JR Warren, I could sense their reluctance, but

finally the owner made an appointment. After waiting two hours, the owner never showed up. I had called the office after one hour to ask where he was, but she said she did not know, so no show and no phone calls. After paying all this money to this

(re-wiring specialist, as noted on his website), I am now stuck with cost of having someone correct his mistakes, and negligence.

As a footnote, at the time of his work three years ago, he also installed two lights on the basement ceiling. I mentioned to him

that there were no pull chains. He stated he would come back the next day, but never did. Can't turn on ceiling lights without them.

He knew my mother was elderly too. I I contacted the home inspector who did the inspection to ask about the safety issues. He said there were safety and code violation issues. He recommended hiring another electrician to fix the problems. Mr. Warren took off my negative comments on his Facebook page, but he cannot do it here. I was so hoping he would have done the honorable thing, so I would not have to go through this negative process. Buyer beware. If you had him do work for you maybe you better hire an inspector for your safety.
