Review: We have been unable to contact this company VIA email or phone for several months. Main number goes to voice mail. We have an open order with JR3 since January 2014 and is over due. We also have a $4,000 credit with the company in which they owe us if they cannot deliver the items we ordered. We are a ISO certified, FDA medical manufacture. The fact that we cannot reach this business partner is a serious issue for our company.Desired Settlement: We simply would like to be contacted about the status of our order and credits on file.

Please let [redacted] know we are working on addressing his complaint. The credit issue was previously resolved, and [redacted] currently does not have a credit. We are putting together documentation to email to him that will show how the credit had been applied. We are also working on processing a backlog of orders, and we are trying to process his order as quickly as we can.
