I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I, *** *** never received a contract from business. Business said he had a contract but he needed to correct some lines in the contract. Every time I asked (3times) business stated he would bring it and never did. I stated donot return without a contract.Business never provided an itemized list of materials he would buy for my roof I never received no receipts for materials and no materials were ever delivered to my house After business accepted my $2000, I never heard from him for days then he returned for day and worked for ~ 45minutes. In the beginning, business stated he pay his workers $200/day and business only showed up at my house with his one young son. Lastly, whatever business did to my roof, it rains in my house more now than it did before business did any work. I made two attempts to call business about all the rain coming in my house and he hung up in my face. To be clear:I never received a written contractI never received an itemized list detailing purchase of any materialI never received any information detailing exactly what work business could have done on the roof I am asking for my to be returned
