I wish to comment on the lack of service I received from Overhead Door Company in San Angelo Texas After calling the Overhead Door Company because our garage door quit working, an employee showed up and began measuring the door He refused to look at the door to see what was wrong with it He also refused to get the door up so I could get my car out of the garage He said it was against company policy to give estimates on the cost of repair We were quoted a price of $ to replace the door
I called *** *** *** to come look at the garage door They responded within a few minutes, looked at the door and got the garage door open so I could get my car out .They called me and gave me the price of the replacement parts and what it would cost to repair the door, which was a fraction of what Overhead Door was going to charge me
