I *** *** owner of JDR's Auto did sell Mrs*** a *** *** on August 26, This vehicle was a repaired vehicle and by MA requirements was inspected by MA State Police prior to being soldMrs*** was told and was well aware that it was a "Salvaged / repairable vehicle (this
is also noted the title which was not provided by Mrs ***.In regards to complaint at hand and the vehicle:(3) different size tires - Mrs*** returned to the shop in April of with vehicle damageWhen Mrs*** purchased the vehicle it had undergone an inspection by MA state police prior to sale due to it being a repaired vehicle and after purchase had undergone a MA state inspection by a party picked by Mrs***Had any of the tires been improperly sized, it would have been caught by one / both independence inspectionsThe vehicle was sold with low profile tires and when Mrs*** (or another driver) damaged the vehicle, she had the tire replaced by someone other than JDR's AutoThis person did not recognize that the tires were low profile and installed a different tire on the vehicleIn short, she has (3) of the same size tires and (1) different size (her recent replacement) In response to the car was a wreck and written on the sales documentAfter reviewing the sales documents provided, it is a list of items that were repaired on the vehicle prior to MA State Inspection by Sate PoliceThe handwritten comments on the repair list are not from someone at JDR's. As for the muffler, it falls in the same category as item #1, it was inspected by two different parties other than JDR's auto and passed. Mrs *** has also tried to get the Warranty company to replace the tires and repair the muffler after damaging the vehicleThey two believe the damage was self induced and will not cover the repairs
