The employee did not report the statements from *** Upon receiving the Revdex.com response that the client still had further concerns we attempted to contact him at the number he provided to us and the Revdex.com several times without success I will have my main guy make another attempt to contact him at the number provided or if there is a better number please provide it through the Revdex.com I will also let him know about the work you have advised still needs completion

Good afternoon,In response to complaint number [redacted] My apologies we did not respond sooner as I was experiencing a serious medical problem at the time The customer was also informed of this problem and advised we would return to correct the situation as soon as possible A response has been sent to another organization and they have not contacted us any further We are willing to correct the problems for the work that in fact was not completed upon the customers complaint The customer also still has an outstanding balance due for work that was not part of the contract These clients were extremely racist towards myself and my employees Mocking and saying do you even speak English? Making "blah blah blah" statements and hand gestures at me when I attempted to discuss a contracted task she was unhappy with One of my employees even refused to return to the property because of the way the client treated him The husband even stated his wife was difficult and he would handle the situation from that point on, but that never happened We are willing to correct any contracted work and the few shingles that had damage because we had to redo something that the client wasn't happy with and wanted done free of charge to the soffit This caused the damage Unfortunately the client doesn't want us to return to the property I would assume because I and some of the employees are of Hispanic decent Unfortunately just because someone is a customer it does not allow them the right to harass the companies employees and act racist just because we aren't willing to comply with ridiculous commands not contracted We are not willing to provide a refund We w old possibly issues a partial refund, but we would only do so once returned to remove our materials used for the job We regret the experience with this client in all aspects Of thousands clients unfortunately it is impossible to make everyone happy especially if they will not allow someone to return to the property to correct it Have a nice day!SincerelyOscar C [redacted] & Jillian D***

The leaks were not related to the work we did When I went to the property the leaks were not caused by anything done by JRAK The roof had a whole in the middle of it that was made either by a person doing other work on property or by Mother Nature Possibly hail Our
warranty only covers the areas where we performed work Needless to say we repaired the hole in the roof, but we cannot repair or cover cost of any interior repair because the leak was not caused by our workmanship We were hired by the Real Estate agent and performed the work contracted Also if another entity besides JRAK did work on the roof, skylights, A/C etc and that caused the hole it voids our warranty Mother Nature doesn't void the warranty, but the repairs would be a separate charge The hole was repaired and and we didn't charge for it even though we should have

We have fixed it it wasn't the roof is was coming from the stucco and Jrak ...stop times on this house to talk to the client but no one was there....we never walk away from any JRAK construction issues warrantees etc

I am rejecting this response because: How funny his response was. I am rejecting his response because of the workmanship. My entire roof was inspected and requires completely re-roofing because of the poor workmanship. It will be reroofed by *** ***, who by the way, are all Hispanic.

Because of my ill health, I am not going to persue this. It would require too much effort on my part to look up all the information you require. Just let old Oscar go do his thing. He's going to anyway

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  There was an issue with a seam/tear on the roof that needed to be repaired.  The workers indicated that the repaired it and I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
