Review: We handed JRC one of our current Presentation Folders and asked if they could make the same exact folder. We were told yes. However the card stock was the wrong color and quality. Plus the way the business card notches were designed they are not able to accommodate our vertical business cards. When the layout proof was sent to me I asked to change the notch pattern. I did not receive an updated layout proof. In fact I was still waiting for the updated layout when the completed product was delivered. We are extremely unhappy with the Presentation Folders. JRC should have told us that they would not be able to match the card stock. Also if they would have sent us a revised proof I am sure we would have been able to find a workable solution. When the folders were delivered and we saw the final product, we were very disappointed and refused delivery. Shortly after the Owner [redacted] called and immediately started yelling at me. Lastly, we ordered a quantity of 1000, however they made and invoiced us for 1050. All in all we are very displeased with the final product and the way the owner handled this.Desired Settlement: We demand a refund.
